..Moira Maclean...Wallpaper Pirate...

As promised...one of my all time favourite artists and a massive inspiration....Moira Maclean.
 I remember when I discovered her in the Morven Gallery on Lewis for the first time, I was mesmerised by her work, but also extremely jealous that I hadn't created it! ;)
She is known as the 'wallpaper pirate', and like myself she works with old wallpapers, a lot of them salvaged from the many abandoned buildings on Lewis. Her work is just beautiful and I hope to own a piece one day!! Have a look......
